1 – 17 July, 2027
Imagine teeing off at the edge of the Arctic Ocean, dining under the midnight sun, and playing some of the most breathtaking golf courses in the world — all without lifting a finger to organise a single detail. That’s exactly what awaits you on Golf Escape Travel’s Scandinavian Golf Tour 2027.
This is not just a golf trip. This is a grand Nordic adventure, where world-class fairways meet Viking castles, fjord cruises, and five-star hospitality across three remarkable countries.
What Awaits You
Denmark sets the scene in style. You’ll arrive in Copenhagen — one of Europe’s most elegant cities — and settle into the heart of it all at The Square Hotel, steps from Tivoli Gardens and the Royal Palace. Your first round takes place at The Scandinavian Golf Club, one of Scandinavia’s finest, before a guided tour of Copenhagen’s iconic streets and a visit to the legendary Kronborg Castle — the real-life setting of Shakespeare’s Hamlet.
Sweden calls next. A scenic transfer brings you to Barsebäck Resort, where you’ll play the spectacular Ocean Course with sweeping views of the Øresund Strait. Then it’s on to Stockholm — the Venice of the North — for four nights of pure indulgence. Golf at Ullna Golf & Country Club and the world-renowned Bro Hof Slott Stadium Course (a European Tour venue) awaits, alongside guided sightseeing through Stockholm’s stunning archipelago city.
Norway delivers the unforgettable finale. Lofoten Links — consistently ranked among the world’s most dramatic golf courses — sits above the Arctic Circle, where jagged peaks plunge into glittering fjords and the sun never truly sets in summer. After four nights in luxury lodges and a magical Silent Trollfjord Cruise, the tour concludes in Oslo with golf at two of Norway’s finest clubs and a guided city tour before your departure.

The Scandinavian Golf Club in Farum sits just 20 minutes north of Copenhagen, nestled across 200 hectares of stunning Danish forest. Designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones II, the club offers 36 holes of world-class golf — tree-lined fairways, fast undulating greens, and a course that rewards every level of player. The award-winning clubhouse and Titleist ProV1 driving range set the scene perfectly. This is Scandinavian golf at its finest.
Return transfers from the hotel are included. All you have to do is show up and play.
After breakfast and check out, this morning belongs to Copenhagen. A 2.5–3 hour guided bus tour takes you through the city's most iconic sights — the colourful Nyhavn waterfront, the Little Mermaid, the grand Amalienborg Palace, and the sweeping views from the harbour. Your guide brings it all to life with stories you won't find in any guidebook.
From there, your coach heads north to the legendary Kronborg Castle in Helsingør — the real-life setting of Shakespeare's Hamlet, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the most important Renaissance castles in northern Europe. Entrance is included. Walk the ramparts, explore the great halls, and imagine the centuries of history contained within these walls.
Your destination: Barsebäck Resort on the Swedish coast — your home for the next two nights on a half-board basis. This world-renowned resort is beautifully nestled in the Skåne countryside, featuring tastefully designed rooms, a sauna, a fitness center, and excellent on-site dining.
Barsebäck Ocean Course is a true championship links-style course that has hosted 15 European Tour events and challenged the world's elite. Stretching to over 7,700 yards from the tips, the course weaves through forested fairways lined with wind-sculpted pines, open parkland, and dramatic seaside terrain, with sweeping views across the Øresund to Denmark. Fast greens, large well-placed bunkers, and the ever-present sea breeze make this a test you'll be talking about long after you leave.
This is the kind of course that reminds you why you fell in love with golf.
Bus transfer to Stockholm.
Check in for four nights at the Elite Hotel Stockholm Plaza, a refined and elegant hotel on Birger Jarlsgatan, one of Stockholm's most prestigious streets. Superior rooms feature classic Scandinavian design — wooden furnishings, marble bathrooms, premium bedding, minibar, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel's restaurant, bar, and sauna are yours to enjoy.
Stockholm is a city built across 14 islands, where medieval history meets cutting-edge design. The afternoon is yours to explore.
Ullna Golf & Country Club, situated just 20 km north of Stockholm on the shores of Lake Ullna, is widely regarded as one of the most scenic courses in all of Scandinavia. The course features soft, sculpted hills and the lake coming into play on almost every hole — a stunning, strategic test that rewards both power and precision.
Lunch is included, so you can focus entirely on your game.
Return transfers from the hotel are taken care of.
A 3-hour guided tour takes you through the city's finest highlights — two hours by comfortable coach past the Royal Palace, the Nobel Prize Museum, and the stunning City Hall, followed by one magical hour on foot through Gamla Stan, Stockholm's enchanting medieval old town. Cobblestone streets, colourful 17th-century buildings, hidden courtyards, and centuries of stories — your guide brings every corner to life.
The afternoon is yours. Browse the boutiques on Biblioteksgatan, visit the Vasa Museum, or simply find a waterfront café and watch the city go by.
Bro Hof Slott Stadium Course is consistently ranked among the finest golf courses in Europe and has hosted the European Tour's Nordea Masters multiple times. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., the course sits on the banks of Lake Mälaren and is defined by its sheer scale — long holes, enormous greens, dramatic water features, and large, perfectly placed bunkers. As the designer himself put it: "Everything is big at Bro Hof!" Trolley and range balls are included.
This is the kind of round you'll replay in your mind for years.
Return transfers from the hotel are arranged.
Transfer to Stockholm Arlanda Airport for your flight north to the Lofoten Islands — one of the most breathtaking places on Earth. Upon arrival your private transfer takes you to Lofoten Links Lodges on the island of Gimsøy.
Lofoten Links Lodges are cosy, Nordic-style luxury lodges perched above the Norwegian Sea, with north-facing views of jagged mountain peaks, glittering fjords, and — in summer — the midnight sun that never sets. Half board is included throughout your stay. Welcome to the Arctic.
Lofoten Links is ranked among the world's Top 100 golf courses and stands as one of the most dramatic and awe-inspiring venues on the planet. Experience no crowds, no noise, just you, your group, and one of the world's great golf courses.
A trolley is included. Take your time. Soak in every single moment.
Board a modern hybrid-electric catamaran in Svolvær harbour for the Silent Trollfjord Cruise — a 3–3.5 hour voyage through one of Norway's most dramatic and iconic fjords. In near-complete silence, you glide through towering cliffs that plunge hundreds of metres directly into the sea. White-tailed eagles soar overhead. The water is impossibly still. Your guide shares the legends, the history, and the secrets of this extraordinary landscape.
This is the kind of experience that stops you mid-sentence and reminds you how magnificent the world truly is.
Midnight Golf at Lofoten Links.
With the mountains, sea, and sky as your backdrop and the midnight sun still burning bright, soak in every single moment.
Play slowly. Look up often. This is golf at its most raw, most beautiful, and most unforgettable.
After breakfast at the lodge, transfer to the Airport for your flight south to Oslo Gardermoen Airport. Upon arrival, your private transfer takes you straight to your home for the final four nights — Clarion Hotel The Hub in the heart of Oslo.
Clarion Hotel The Hub is one of Oslo's most iconic and contemporary hotels, featuring 810 beautifully designed rooms. Expect premium bedding, rainfall showers, a minibar, a coffee machine, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel boasts an indoor pool, hot tub, gym, two bars, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city. Breakfast is included each morning.
Oslo is vibrant, stylish, and full of life. The evening is yours to explore and enjoy.
Oslo Golf Club, founded in 1924, is the oldest golf club in Norway. Set on the banks of Lake Bogstad in a beautiful parkland setting, the 18-hole course has hosted numerous national and international championships.
Elegant, classic, and beautifully maintained — tree-lined fairways, perfectly conditioned greens, and a sense of occasion that only a century of history can bring. This is golf with gravitas.
A 3-hour guided bus tour of Oslo takes in the city's finest landmarks — the Royal Palace and its sweeping grounds, the extraordinary Viking Ship Museum where 1,000-year-old vessels sit perfectly preserved, the stunning Oslo Opera House rising from the fjord like a glacier, the world-famous Vigeland Sculpture Park, and the buzzing Aker Brygge waterfront. Your guide brings Oslo's fascinating history and culture to life at every stop.
The afternoon is free — visit a gallery, browse the shops, or find a spot by the fjord with a coffee in hand.
Miklagard Golf is an 18-hole international championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and Christian Lundin, located just 10 minutes from Oslo Airport. Named after the Viking word for Constantinople, the course is bold, dramatic, and utterly unforgettable — hilly terrain, beautiful woodland, sweeping elevation changes, and a layout that demands both power and precision. Consistently ranked among Norway's finest courses, this is a worthy and glorious finale.
